As we expand, we're looking for a Remote Online Chat Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for potential and current clients seeking legal guidance.

The Online Chat Representative will provide real-time assistance to clients through our website chat platform. You’ll answer questions, qualify leads, route inquiries to the appropriate teams, and ensure that every interaction reflects our firm’s commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to inbound chats from website visitors
Provide accurate information about the firm’s services and direct inquiries appropriately
Qualify potential leads by gathering initial information and scheduling consultations
Maintain records of chat interactions using internal systems
Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
Escalate urgent or complex matters to appropriate staff or departments
Collaborate with intake and client services teams to ensure seamless follow-through
Uphold client confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in online customer support, chat, or related role
Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar
Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM preferred)
Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
Tech-savvy with experience using chat platforms and CRMs
Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
Bonus: Background in legal, healthcare, or other professional services industries
