We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing real-time assistance through online chat, email, and messaging platforms. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging tools.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or help desk roles.
Strong written communication and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM or chat support tools .
