Senior Director of Chapter Performance
Role Overview:
Drive 20% annual revenue growth through chapter expansion, event support, and major gift fundraising. Oversee training, development, and process improvements to enhance chapter performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead chapter expansion and development initiatives.
- Manage resources and promote a culture of communication, trust, and accountability.
- Guide staff and volunteers to meet goals and improve performance.
- Oversee recruitment strategies and chapter performance tracking.
- Lead periodic Leadership team calls and conferences.
- Cultivate major gift relationships and ensure chapter alignment with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success in major gift fundraising and event planning.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Experience and Education:
- 12+ years in leadership roles with proven results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
